All it does is put the contents of /var/cpanel/envtype on your display (and you did not give us the output of the command, which I asked for). I assure you that the cPanel installer automatically detects if you have a dedicated server or VPS, and installs the correct version. The only reason you would see 'Accelerated' instead of 'Optimized' is if you still have a test license in effect. This is beyond the scope of what we can do in the forum without looking at the server ourselves. If cPanel still says 'Accelerated' instead of 'VPS Optimized', please so that we can look at your server directly.
